ADS Crude Carriers Plc appoints CFO

Ben Boiling is appointed as CFO and will commence at ADS Crude Carriers Plc on 1 January 2019. Mr. Boiling is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in finance and audit roles internationally and comes from the position of Head of Finance at Oslo-listed Polarcus. Mr. Boiling holds a Masters degree in Accounting and Finance from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. Mr. Boiling is also a Norwegian state registered auditor.

Dagfinn Andersen, who has acted as the company’s CFO since its formation earlier this year, will continue his work for privately owned Arendals Dampskibsselskab AS.
