ADS Crude Carriers’ final vessel successfully installed with emissions reducing system

ADS Crude Carriers Plc (“ADS” or the “Company”) announces that its vessel ADS Stratus has secured her first charter following the successful completion of her recent yard stay to perform intermediate survey and installation of scrubber system. Following the commencement of ADS Stratus on this voyage, the Company is now fully booked for the fourth quarter.

This completes the Company’s fleet-wide upgrade program, following ADS Serenade completing upgrade in September and ADS Page in October. Following the dockings, all of the Company’s vessels have maintained CAP 1 rating and are scrubber fitted. Consequently, ADS has its full fleet of vessels upgraded with emission reducing systems well ahead of the IMO 2020 regulations that come into effect on 1 January 2020.
